Return & Cancellation Policy
- If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase unless noted specifically on the individual product page.
- When returning the item(s), they must be at least 2/3 full, all parts, pieces, and printed materials must be in their original packaging accompanying your return.
- Without the return of at least 2/3 full product, all parts, pieces, and printed materials in their original packaging Astonishing Skin Care will not issue a refund or exchange.
- Sale or Clearance items are non-returnable.
- Please include the products along with a copy of your original order invoice and a brief reason for the return.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipment and will be charged a $4.00 Handling Fee.
- There will be NO refunds issued after 30 days from purchase date.
- Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you. However, you MUST make these claims within 5 business days from receipt of products.
- Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
- All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used. Purchases made with personal check will be refunded with a company check.
- Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit.
