AM: After cleansing and toning, use pre-packaged spatula to scoop a small amount from the jar to your finger, then apply to face and/or lips, and leave on for 10 minutes or longer (rinse spatula clean for the next use). Rinse off skin thoroughly. Follow with a Bioelements broad spectrum sunscreen.
