Our light-diffusing, soft-focus minerals are now encapsulated with ingredients that can replenish the cellular layers of the epidermis. For all skin types, Liquid Minerals makes skin look more youthful, diminishes the appearance of lines and wrinkles, minimizes pores, evens out skin tone and adheres so well there is minimal transference. Time-Released Anti-Oxidants and Phytosomes

The beads or spheres visible in the airless pump are actually liposomes entrapping liposomes. This state-of-the-art technology allows us to encapsulate large amounts of active ingredients, which are then time-released on to the skin. This controlled and sustained release into the epidermis increases delivery by up to 40%. At the center of the visible spheres lie minerals (mica, titanium dioxide, boron nitride and iron oxides), L-sodium hyaluronate acid (hyaluronic acid) and Olive Squalene all encapsulated by seaweed lipids. Floating around these larger spheres, like planets around the sun, are microscopic liposomes that individually encapsulate Coenzyme Q 10, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamins C), Vitamin K, Willow Bark Extract, Chamomile, Calendula, and Seaweeds (Algin, Agar and Carrageenan.) The spheres are then suspended in a gel of aloe vera, lavender flower water and vegetable glycerin. As the makeup is applied and worked into the skin, the body temperature breaks down the liposomes so that they can release their actives in a prolonged time-release action for the ultimate in skin health and protection. This formula has a natural pH of 6 and is so perfectly balanced that it needs no pH adjusters.

Product Directions

Apply Liquid Minerals with the Jane Iredale Foundation Brush. The first few pumps will release a clear gel. This is aloe vera. Rub it into your hands; its good for them. Two pumps of Liquid Minerals on the back of your hand will cover most of your face. Pick it up with the dry Foundation Brush for a heavier coverage. Wet the brush for a more sheer coverage. Brush Amazing Base or PurePressed Base on top of Liquid Minerals for broad spectrum sun protection.

Love JI liquid minerals. I have many allergies to cosmetics and skin care products,but can use JI and have been for years now. I use 3 squirts to give me good coverage and it gives me a nice dewy finish which looks very natural. I am 70 years old and people compliment me all the time about " how I don't look that age" Thank you Jane Iredale.

Liquid Minerals provides discreet coverage, for a natural but enhanced appearance. With a bit of moisturizer blends into all the contours of my face so easily. Then Jane Iredale's cream blush to the apples of my cheeks and that's that!

I am 63 and have tried many foundations in my time. This foundation doesn't feel like makeup, so you don't feel like you can't wait to "remove" it at the end of the day. I have rosacia and the honey bronze works great to tone down the redness and feels great, too.
