Apply to eye first as a primer and then layer shadows accordingly.

I've been using Clinique's Touch Base for years because shadow always creases in my lids. Tried this and it's far better because it's a more natural product. I'm sold!

over 40 needed concealer all around the eyes. This works so much better on the lid makes eyes brighter and holds eyeshadow.
