Use Kiss Me eyeliner on clean and dry skin.  Within 1 minute, apply one or more layers.  Once set, additional layers cannot be applied.  Neither water not pressure alone will remove Kiss Me eyeliner.  Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips or a washcloth will slide the layer of color effortlessly off your skin into your hand.
