• Shipping is free for all orders over $39.
• If you would like to ship your package UPS the fee is $4.
• All orders shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO and all orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will ship USPS.
• Shipping is $4.00 for all orders under $39.
• Express Shipping: (2-4 Day delivery time) - $24.95
• If your order contains one or more items that are NOT qualified for Free Shipping, you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
• Packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some small or rural towns may take a few more days to arrive. For packages being shipped to APO/FPO addresses, please check with your local post office to find out what the delivery time will be from the state of Texas, USA. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
• All orders placed by 12:00pm CST will go out the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will go out the following day.
• Orders placed on weekends will go out the following Monday.Orders placed on holidays will go out the following business day.

Out of Stock Items
All products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to Texas.

International Shipments
We Do Not Ship Internationally at this time.

Damages must be filed  within 3 days of package being received. If your damage claim is over $100.00, proof of damage is required. Please obtain photos of the damage or have the package sent back for investigation.

Return & Cancellation Policy

• If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase unless noted specifically on the individual product page.
  
• When returning the item(s), they must be at least 2/3 full, all parts, pieces, and printed materials must be in their original packaging accompanying your return.
  
• Please include the products along with a copy of your original order invoice and a brief reason for the return.
  
• Customers will be responsible for return shipment and will be charged a $4.00 Handling Fee.
  
• There will be NO refunds issued after 30 days from purchase date.
  
• Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you. However, you MUST make these claims within 5 business days from receipt of products.
  
• Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
  
• All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used. Purchases made with personal check will be refunded with a company check.
  
• Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit.
