Product Directions
Apply to clean skin (no makeup), starting at the root of the eyelashes using a cotton swab or finger tip. Follow with Lipocils Eyelash Conditioning Gel as a day treatment. Use in the morning and evening. After 28 day use, continue to use as a maintenance once a day.
