Product Directions
Shake well before use.
Adults and children 12 or older: Rinse with 20mL (2/3 ounce) twice a day for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow.
Follow with 2 minutes of brushing with a soft bristle toothbrush and toothpaste
Children under 12: Do not use.
