This kit is designed as a full-strength solution, so we recommend starting out gradually. For the first 1-2 weeks, follow the AM regimen. Then as skin adjusts, follow both the AM and PM regimen for best results. ALWAYS wear sunscreen during the day.

AM Regimen
Step 1: Cleanse
Massage a liberal amount of Facial Cleanser onto skin without water. Massage longer on oily areas. Avoid eyes. Mild tingling is normal and temporary. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry.

Step 2: Correct
Shake well. With fingers, apply a few drops of Continuous Renewal Serum treatment to face, avoiding eye area. Mild tingling is normal and temporary. Allow to dry before next step.

Step 3: Hydrate
Apply a small amount of Moisture Defense Antioxidant Lotion moisturizer to face. For eyes, gently pat a small amount of Moisture Defense Antioxidant Eye Creme all around eye area.

Step 4: Protect
Apply a liberal amount of Total Protector 30 sunscreen over moisturizer.

PM Regimen
Step 1: Cleanse
Massage a liberal amount of Facial Cleanser onto skin without water. Massage longer on oily areas or where face makeup is heavy. Avoid eyes. Mild tingling is normal and temporary. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry.

Step 2: Correct
Apply a small amount of Vit-A-Plus Night Recovery treatment to face, avoiding eye area. For eyes, gently pat a very small amount of Vit-A-Plus Eye Creme treatment under and on outer corners. Avoid eyelids. Mild tingling is normal and temporary. If product is too strong, use every other evening until skin adjusts.

Step 3: Hydrate
Apply a small amount of Moisture Defense Antioxidant Lotion moisturizer to face. For eyes, gently pat a small amount of Moisture Defense Antioxidant Eye Creme all around eye area. See individual products.
